.Mr prime minister ordered the trade minister to send urgent food supply to Balad city since last Friday but because the sectarian attendance by some trade ministry officials to delay and the fear of the lorry drivers from driving in the very dangerous road which occupied by many terrorists gangs based in Al-Taji , Al-Daremiya, Al-Meshaedah , Al-Tholoeeya and Al-Es hakei up to Balad and the Abandon of the American troops stationed there with the Fourth Iraqi Army Brigade to provide protection.
The city lives in hardship following the strangle of the city by the terrorists groups surrounding the city and even cutting the drinking water supply. The suffering of this mainly Shia populated city was increased because of the connivance of the province governor and police head who are both from Beigi City and show the ugly face of sectarianism.
Some Private small trucks managed to enter the city from unusual ways with some food supply which are not sufficient for the city bare in mind the farmers have not been into their farms since the surrounding began.
